As a Badge Coordinator, you will serve as the coordinator for the Security Group's Fraud Division.
This is a multi-faceted position that involves maintaining regulatory compliance for TSA and US CBP for individuals granted access to the CVG facility.
Key
Responsibilities:
Serves as the Badge Coordinator in conducting internal audit of TSA and US CBP Compliance Reports.
Conducts physical audit in the Operations.
Provides feedback and direction of processes and audit resultsAuditor for the Parking Permit LogServes as the liaison between DHL's internal business units, TSA and US CBP.
Proactively engages in creating a Security presence in the Operation.
Identifies and actions successes/pitfalls found in audit of compliance reports and physical audits.
Serves as the Badge Team's support in the absence of others.
Coordinates reporting of Weekly RecapObtains Hologram Coordinator and TSA Signatory privileges.
Must have flexibility to cover first and/or third shifts.
Assist with third shift renewals.
Interaction with internal/external customers:
The successful candidate will engage in significant communication and collaboration with two sets of customers.
InternalSupports a diverse set of business units on badging requirements, updates and ensures regulation.
Works closely with Recruiting, Training, DHL Corporate Security Managers, and Operations leads and supervisors on meeting compliance standards.
ExternalWorks closely with Contractors/Vendors who need to gain access to bonded areas.
Coordinates with Contractors to correct any wrongfully badged personnel found during physical audits.
Position Requirements:
Must be proficient in time management, organization, written and oral communication.
Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Must have experience in generating detailed reports for professional level review, such as Corporate Security, Human Resources, or executive leadership members.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
