We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Team to join our team.
The Front Desk Team will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations, including managing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Dealing with dental insurance Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Schedule patients appropriately - Verify insurance as needed; answer dental insurance questions - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Be able to use Eaglesoft dental software
Experience:
- Dental experience to know terminology and be able to schedule procedures appropriately - Proficient in Eaglesoft - Strong data entry skills with high accuracy - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively We offer competitive pay based on experience.
